Perform systems analysis, design, programming, testing, installation, and documentation of software solutions both in web-based and client/server application.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a BachelorÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s degree, plus 2 years of software application development experience using Object Oriented programming languages.
Experience with VS C++, VS .NET, MS SQL 2008, and HTML programming languages.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
Experience in defining user needs, designing and implementing solutions to improve business processes.
Good problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Good verbal, written and listening skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to chair meetings, make presentations, and to communicate complex technical issues using simple and clear language.

Gathering, plan, design, develop and implement website and web-based applications in ASP.NET (using VB.net).
Responsible for the development of new web applications and the maintenance of existing web applications using cutting edge technologies.
Perform frequent audits to ensure optimum performance of the developed system.
Ensure compliance with the code, architecture standards and guidelines.
Conduct Research and Development efforts on emerging Internet Technologies.

Responsible for the overall coordination of internal and external training.
